Pavanatma Scholarship Policy

Scholarship cell assist meritorious students of outstanding performance in the education sector as well as to the students of socially and economically backward categories.Also to promote learning and enrichment of knowledge by providing opportunities for talented and promising students to carry on their academic pursuits.

  • The scholarship cell actively involves and ensures that all the eligible students of this category apply for the merit-cum-means scholarships of the state and central government.
  • Scholarship cell is to provide help to apply for different scholarship schemes of the Government/ University.
  • Our cell inform about the various scholarships and grants available to SC/ST students and assists the SC/ST students to apply for them.

CENTRAL GOVERNMENT SCHOLARSHIPS:

  • Should belong to Minority Community (Muslim/ Christian/ Buddhists/ Sikh/ Zoroastrians or Parsis).

  • The Annual Family Income should not exceed Rs. 2 Lakhs.
  • Should not be availing any other Scholarship or Stipend.

  • Students with disabilities with 40% and above and having a valid certificate.

    Equivalent grade in the previous Board/ University Examination.

  • Parents income from all sources does not exceed Rs.250000/.

SNEHAPOORVAM SCHEME

  • Children who have lost either father or mother or both.
  • Children who belongs to BPL category.
  • For children belonging to APL category, annual income should be below Rs. 20,000 in rural areas (Local body / Grama Panchayat)

09 Prathibha Scholarship

Applicant should have qualified Higher Secondary Board Examination with minimum 90% marks or equivalent grade for all subjects put together and minimum 90% marks or equivalent grade for all Science subjects put together.(For SC/ST reservation category, the eligibility is stipulated to minimum marks of 80% or equivalent grade for all subjects in total and minimum 80% marks or equivalent grade for all Science subjects in total).
